Why are you hurting me.. 

Why do you hate me? 

What did I do?

 When is enough going to be enough?

He is "just a stray" ordinary mutt who has born in to this world without fault of his own. He never asked for this life.

Last year a man tried to kill him with axe, he failed. Later that same year on Christmas Eve 2015 that same man shot him. He almost succeed on his plan, almost but not quite.

He survived thru operation to save his life. He recovered from his injuries. Because he is "just a mutt" there were no home offers for him, absolutely 0 interest.

 So when having no place to keep him rescuers released him back to streets.

And here we are today. Just few months later, same man shot him again. This time he only hit him in the back leg. Again he is at the vet recovering from his injuries.

Yet again there has been absolutely 0 interest towards him, the "ordinary mutt".
So after his recovery there it is the same street waiting for him. The same ugly street where he has been abused time and time again, chased with axe, shot and god knows what else.

How can anyone hate him so much, he has done nothing to deserve it.

But on the other hand, we have not done anything to stop it either.  There are basically a handful of rescue groups to take in "just a mutt" for homing, there is nothing fancy about him, he is ordinary adult dog.

But the fact that he is "just a mutt" does not mean he would have any less love to give to you if you only give him a chance to show it.

I feel helpless and hopeless at the moment. We have 22 animals under our name and just tiny percentage of them have sponsors.

After my post of those two skeleton like dogs we raised under 30 euro to their costs. With that we can get them food for one week. (THEY WILL NEED HELP HERE TOO)

I simply cannot say that we take him in without a sponsor for his pension costs and food.  I know there are so many in need of help and he is just one of many.

But how many times he has to get shot to become interesting enough?

After the vet stay he would need 50 euros a  month for pension place and 30 euros per month for bag of decent quality food.

Is there anyone willing to commit for his costs to save his life?

When I read this post on Face Book from Miska Oksanen, an animal lover from Finland, one of my friends on face book!  I sat and cried. How can anyone be so repeatedly cruel for no apparent reason. Why can't someone help pay the monthly fees to protect this animal from that CRAZY MAN WHO WANTS TO KILL THIS MUTT! Miska will need help with the vet fees too.. Please!

Dalida Kozlic Well to talk about her is difficult because there is SO MUCH TO SAY!
Most of the time you meet a person and you strike up a friendship and you really know nothing about their dreams and what makes them tick!

Dalida is a lawyer from Sarajevo who has been involved in protection of animals for more than 15 years and she is one of the rescuers and activists with most experience in Bosnia. Also, she was one of the lobbyists who were involved in legislating of Animal Protection and Welfare Act in Bosnia, in 2009.

Dalida investigates cases of animal abuse, as well as cases of obstructions to implement Animal Protection and Welfare Act. Her activities are focused on enforcement of the Animal Protection and Welfare Act, presenting practical legal solutions in animal welfare area, collecting of evidences, filing criminal reports, and constant lobbying that Bosnian authorities implement the Animal Protection and Welfare Act. Dalida also acts as a liason with international animal welfare advocates. She follows all activities of police, the prosecutor's office, and veterinary inspectors, in order to prosecute and punish people who torture and kill animals. She also participates in media debates about animal welfare.

For the sake of all the animals in Bosnia, we cannot let Dalida's spirit be broken. She needs our help now, as she recovers from her latest court battle to save her dogs from unjust and tortuous deaths. Dogs are not killed humanely in Bosnia, especially when those who would be doing the killing are trying to extract revenge. Dalida needs our help to raise the money she needs to pay expenses through the end of April. She cannot keep her animals safe and fed without our assistance.

This You Caring is to cover all expenses for food for 90 dogs and 8 cats that have been rescued from the streets by Dalida Kozlic. They need this to keep them safe, fed, healthy, off the streets, and away from the illegal dog catchers. Number of saved animals is constantly changing due to finding homes for dogs, but as well as to new cases of injured, sick or abused dogs!! Dalida is working very hard to get 50 of her dogs placed in adoptive homes outside Bosnia, and this debt is decreasing as time goes on, but until the dogs can be re-homed, it is necessary for now, to keep all her rescues safe.

#Begging and paying bills

What dose it feel like to beg...

Depressing mainly... You ask why?? Because it seems like I'm being ignored.

If every person who says they care did just one thing a month to help their favorite animal rescue. All problems would be answered..

How do you pay your bills? Personally, I get a monthly sum from two different sources My Social Security and my military disability pension. These amounts are deposited to my bank on two different days.
So I have made two budgets that I pay the day each is deposited.

In one is like my lights water tv and other things in this I add an amount for the rescues I help. It is a set amount each month. Then in the second one I do the same thing.. if I was working and was paid once a week all the bills would be divided in fourths and I'd have four budgets.. This way I insure all the bills are fully paid on time.

I consider my donation to the rescues as a bill owed monthly and I budget it in.

Maybe if you did it this way too, you could have a donation to help your rescue.

I sure would feel a lot better if the amounts on the yc pages grew faster and the rescuer would feel a lot better too... please pick a rescue and help

Lawyer at Advokatski Ured/Law Office and Activist, rescuer, lawyer at Animal rights activist.Dalida has90 dogs and 8 cats that have been rescued from the streets. Some are kept at her parents home. Some are in pensions. 

Dalida has been having problems raising the full amount of money she needs to feed, shelter and have medical attention for these animals, and I can not understand why..At the drop of a hat Dalida will step in when a Lawyer is needed to defend a animal rescuer in Sarajevo courts..  But it is like the supporters have forgotten how hard she works to help animals.

While my parents and I are struggling to keep saved animals safe and fed, my dad has been informed about badly injured dog in Breza. An unknown driver had hit a dog and left him to die on a road in Breza. Local people had called the police station to ask what to do with the dog and police officers called a vet who worked in Public Company Veterinary station Breza. That vet refused to help the dog so my dad was called to help.
After he had found the dog, he took him to the private veterinary station in Sarajevo. Injuries are awful. This sweet boy has two fractures of front leg and two fractures of a hind paw including a fracture of a hip which is the most severe injury so the question is if the vet will be able to save the hind leg. The dog is waiting to be operated. The most awful thing was that he had been hit at 3 o'clock a.m. and no one wanted to help him until my dad was called at 10 o'clock a.m. so the injured dog spent 7 hours on the cold road in pain. He was in shock and had hypothermia when my dad took him. Of course I have made a huge mess to the director of the veterinary station and I will report him and his colleagues to the inspection.
I will need your help to pay all costs for him. The wires will be put in the front paw, Haris the vet will try to do the same thing with the hind paw and the hip. I don't know how much the operation will cost. As soon as I get that information I will set up YouCaring page. Also I will need help to pay medications food and place for this boy.

These are the constant things that people in Sarajevo ask Dalida and her family to help with..

BUT SHE NEEDS YOUR HELP TO DO THESE THINGS FOR THE ANIMALS.. 

THE THING I DO NOT UNDERSTAND Is that she hasn't been getting the donation she needs

the pension fees are 2060.00 but has only been given 463.00 euros as donations 1,577.00 euros is still needed. Now it is April and her bills should already have been paid!

then there is the Food request:  
She needs 1000.00 but only 446.00 has been donated WHY.. Again I do not understand... This is dog and cat food they must eat to live ... Please!

Now the two special needs dogs:  The Bill is 230.00 euros - this one is much better she was given.. 153.00 euros so needs only 77.00 euros..

But just think all these added together is a huge amount that she can not raise with out you...

 Edina Pasic and Miska Oksanen are out working the streets looking to feed street strays... To find Cats that need Spay and Neutering, to help animals deliberately hurt by humans ..no not Humans.. just sick unhealthy people who get pleasure out of hurting animals. 

 LIKE THESE A FEW YEARS AGO IN ROMANIA

They need funds. Miska is from Finland, her and the driver drove there.. GAS MONEY..NEEDED for edina's car ... Edina lives with her mother and sister, with Edina's son in the mother's small apartment. SO MISKA and driver need room to let.. for 3-5 days. They need food to eat... They do not ask for funds to help with personal expenses,, they are using their own money... 

THIS means all they have to do for.the animals.. needs to be paid for by us.. yes you and me...they don't have the extra funds for money for Edina's car's gas, or the bags of food they need to feed the animals, nor the Vet and pension fees... 

THEY NEED US TO PAY THESE BILLS, But poor Edina is still trying to get the funds to pay March's pension fees for the animals already saved...the March Pension fees bill is 2,060.00 euros, some very kind and good people have dug into their pockets and donated 1,185.00 Euros ....

BUT THIS STILL LEAVES 1, 050.00 EUROS STILL NEEDED!

WON'T YOU PLEASE HELP BY GIVING EVEN 1 OR 2 EUROS, BIG DONATIONS ARE NICE BUT MOST OF THE MONEY COMES FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND ME WHO GIVE SMALL AMOUNTS AS WE CAN...
Please try to find a few EUROS to donate!! she still needs 1050.00 euros to finish paying March pension fees!  This is Eastern Europe and we have to be happy that there are private pensions that rent monthly spaces for rescued animals, like the ones below..

Mother dog Edina rescued she was walking down a street when she heard the dog screaming a man was kicking her in the belly Edina made him stop and she took momma to the vet 2 days later she had this litter she is paying pension and vet fees for.. most of this bill was taken up by donations directly for the Momma and her pups.. Some of the other animals Edina has rescued some are still in pensions some have found homes and some like poor Teddy were rescued to late to save... and wait for love at the Rainbow Bridge.

Note from me:  I am not a part of any rescue, I share posts, and create new posts just to raise money for different rescues I know not to be scams, that are helping save animals and need help. I love working with graphics and helping in anyway I can.. Some ask why help in Eastern Europe why not in USA... I have three groups in the USA that I donate a monthly fee to...So, I do help here..I also donate what little I have left from my Military disability retirement to rescues in Eastern Europe.
The USA, although, far from perfect... does have laws that basically are followed ..Eastern Europe countries, although, they have signed a pact that they will follow the rules.. MOST DO NOT.. so instead of ignoring what goes on.. I try in my little way to help..
