I urge you to make this news public. This woman, retta Bozeman from Panama City, who sees herself as such a good mother that her occupation on Facebook is "being mommy", posted this picture of her daughters "tying up" their dog. This is abuse. I contacted her and have no shame in what I said. This needs to be stopped. These children, one old enough to know better, are being taught that abusing animals is "cute" and photo worthy. I am reporting her to defacs and animal services. The fault lies on the parents here and makes me sad for the children. They need help if this kind of behavior is induced as normal where they live.
